MEMORANDUM

HUNGATE, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on various post-trial motions.

Plaintiff's claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq., was tried to a jury on December 13, 14, 15, and 16, 1982. The jury found for plaintiff and awarded him actual damages in the sum of $34,810.00. Plaintiff's claim for liquidated damages was denied.
