The trial court having entered findings of fact and conclusions of law, a copy of which is appended hereto and incorporated herein, which findings and conclusions adequately explain the decision of the trial court entered in accord with Smith v. Zant, 250 Ga. 645 (301 S.E.2d 32) (1983), the Application for Certificate of Probable Cause and the Motion for Stay of Execution are denied.
