In this action the plaintiff claims injuries and damages allegedly incurred while in the employ of defendants Victory Carriers, Inc. (Victory) and the predecessor to OSG Bulk Ships, Inc. (OSG). The plaintiff's complaint was filed on August 18, 1983 in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
