OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, March 10, 1983:

The Alray Corporation (licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County which, after holding a de novo hearing, sustained an order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) imposing fines totaling $700 upon the licensee for permitting lewd, immoral and improper entertainment in violation of Section 493(10) of the Liquor Code, Act of April 12, 1951, P.L. 90, as amended, 47 P.S. ...
