Both plaintiff and defendant Dresser Industries Corporation appeal as of right from a judgment entered on the jury's verdict in favor of plaintiff. The jury found that plaintiff had suffered $200,000 in damages, but that plaintiff had been 50% negligent, reducing his entitlement to $100,000.
