This appeal is from a judgment of the trial court sitting without a jury1 in favor of the trial court plaintiff, Arizona Feeds and against the defendant-appellant, A & R Argo, Inc. and at least as to part of the judgment against the appellants, George R. Ripps and Paula Ripps, husband and wife.
