HOWARD, Chief Judge.

Appellant was convicted of conspiracy to escape and attempted escape. The evidence shows that he and another inmate of the Arizona State Prison, Jeffrey Lustig, had made dummies out of their clothes, papier mache, paint, and their own hair.
