This appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board of the Arizona Department of Economic Security challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the Board's determination that the process servers in this case are employees of appellant-employer Track Down, Inc., pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 23-613.01 and -615.
