BATCHELDER, J.

This is an appeal from a denial of the plaintiff's petition for declaratory judgment concerning insurance coverage for property damage arising out of a vehicular accident. The Master (R. Peter Shapiro, Esq.) recommended a ruling that the defendant insurance company properly denied coverage. The Superior Court (Bean, J.) approved the master's report denying the plaintiff's petition. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
