BROCK, J.

The defendant was convicted after a jury trial in Merrimack County Superior Court (Souter, J.) on a charge of driving while intoxicated. RSA 265:82. The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion to suppress the results of a breathalyzer test, on the ground that the test results were the fruit of an invalid arrest. We find no error and affirm.
