Plaintiffs in this adversary proceeding are joint debtors in the above identified bankruptcy case. Defendant is a secured creditor of plaintiffs. In their complaint, plaintiffs seek a declaration that any security interest held by defendant is unenforceable by reason of a violation of the Ohio Retail Installment Sales Act, O.R.C. § 1317.01 et seq.
