This appeal concerns the applicability of A.R.S. § 28-324 to the facts of this case. We hold that the statute renders Agency Rent-A-Car, Inc. (Agency) primarily responsible for obtaining and maintaining automobile insurance on vehicles rented to the general public and, accordingly, affirm the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of appellees, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) and...
