Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court's order granting the defendants' motion for accelerated judgment, GCR 1963, 116.1(2), and its order vacating all previous orders, injunctions, and judgments nunc pro tunc.

The facts are undisputed. Defendants were passengers in a van which was struck by an uninsured motorist. Plaintiff insured the van which was owned and operated by Wilma R. Flowers. Plaintiff also insured the Maurizios and the Haroutunians...
