A jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County convicted appellant Irvin Tyrone York of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, and battery, for which he received sentences of imprisonment for twenty years, fifteen years (consecutive) and five years (concurrent), respectively.
