In this case, we are concerned with the alleged wrongful termination of the employment of a State employee during her six-month probation period. We are treating this appeal as a petition for a writ of certiorari, RSA 490:4 (Supp. 1979), by which the plaintiff seeks review of a ruling by the New Hampshire Personnel Commission (commission) which upheld the decision of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) dismissing the plaintiff from her employment...
