Plaintiff-appellant, Larry Donovan, filed a complaint October 20, 1980 seeking damages for personal injury arising from an alleged incident October 26, 1978 at the Sunoco gas station located at 4002 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland. He claimed that an employee of the gas station negligently caused a car to pin appellant against the wall and that physical injuries resulted.
