Plaintiff Pasqualina Chiaradonna, ("Chiaradonna") brought this action seeking judicial review of the Social Security Administration's ("SSA") denial of her claim for disability benefits. The Government has filed a motion to dismiss this case because plaintiff failed to bring this action within 60 days of SSA's final decision on her claim.
