Wade, 410 U.S. 113, 152, 93 S.Ct. 705, 726, 35 L.Ed.2d 147 (1973); Article I, Section 6 of the Hawaii Constitution explicitly declares that "[t]he right of the people to privacy is recognized and shall not be infringed without the showing...
