Nantucket Village Development Co. and George Alexander, defendants-appellants, challenge a trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of Ruth W. Crouse, plaintiff-appellee, on her complaint for foreclosure and against appellants on there counterclaim. We reverse and remand.
