Michael Freedman ("Freedman") and Randall Scott Moore ("Moore") are charged with (1) conspiracy to commit extortion, extortion and attempted extortion, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951 (the "Hobbs Act" or "Section 1951") and (2) mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 ("Section 1341").1 Freedman and Moore
