The issue presented in this appeal is whether the superior court erred in ruling that the defendants to this action, Alaska Truss & Manufacturing Co. ("ATM") and Woods & Rohde, Inc. ("W & R"), do not owe the plaintiff, David Altman, any rent in addition to that which they have already paid. For the reasons set forth below, we conclude that the superior court correctly held...
