THIS CAUSE comes before the court on the motion of Fluor Corporation, Fluor Alaska, Inc., and Fluor Engineers and Constructors, Inc. (Fluor) for summary judgment dismissing third-party plaintiff Harbor Insurance Co.'s claims. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship.
