This case comes to us on an appeal by John Taxin and Bookbinder's Restaurant, Inc. (Taxin) from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.1 One order denied Taxin's petition to intervene in an equitable action brought by Ramon L. Posel and Sidney L.
