This is a civil rights action seeking damages and declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3), with pendent claims for abuse of process and trespass. The action arises out of an inspection of plaintiff's plant in Portage conducted on May 24, 1979 by defendant employees of the Bureau of Safety and Regulation, Michigan Department of Labor, who were accompanied by defendant officers...
