On June 5, 1972, a trust agreement was entered into between the Steel Fabricators Association of Southern California and the International Association of Bridge Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers, Local 509, pursuant to § 302(c)(5)(B) of the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 186(c)(5)(B) (1947).
