This is an appeal from a judgment by the trial court authorizing the trustee, Huntington National Bank, to withdraw property it holds from the active market. The trial court found it to be for the best interests of the trust to disapprove and reject all offers and bids for the premises. The defendant-appellant, Katherine S.
