MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOINER, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on plaintiff's post-judgment petition for attorney's fees, brought pursuant to the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Statute, 42 U.S.C. § 1988. For the reasons discussed herein, the motion is granted.
