Orlando Quintero-Castro appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841 (1976 & Supp. IV 1980). The conviction was based on the recovery of a number of small balloons containing cocaine which had been concealed in Quintero-Castro's stomach and intestines.
