This is an action by a female surgery intern seeking damages, declaratory and injunctive relief against the University of Puerto Rico's (UPR) School of Medicine and several of its officers. She claims that a decision taken by these defendants refusing to promote her to the fourth year residency level at the School of Medicine's Surgery Training Program was the result of unconstitutional and illegal discrimination...
