The plaintiff, Sonny H. Dickerson, has brought this action against the defendant, Eastman Kodak Company, d/b/a Carolina Eastman Company, alleging that he sustained injuries when he was knocked down and run over by a lift truck negligently operated by employees of the defendant acting within the scope of their employment.
