The present appeals involve an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's order which dismissed a petition, dated February 9, 1979, claiming benefits for a wrist fracture, and which awarded benefits sought under a second petition, dated November 27, 1979, claiming a work-related injury from the aggravation of a pre-existing granuloma (lesion).
