This medical-malpractice action presents the issue whether private plaintiffs have an unconditional right to have an acknowledged expert in the field of medical jurisprudence act as legal counsel in their civil suit. We hold that the medical expert in this case may properly be excluded from acting as the plaintiffs' legal representative in order to prevent him from engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
