Respondent determined deficiencies in corporate income tax of petitioner Royal Crown Bottling Company of Winchester, Inc., for its fiscal years ended May 31, 1975, May 31, 1976, and May 31, 1977, in the amounts of $41,219.11, $127,557.28 and $77,359.77, respectively.
