CRACRAFT, Judge.

Harriet Boyd appeals from a decree of the Chancery Court of Conway County which dismissed her petition to set aside a tax title to a 20 acre tract of land and quieted title to that same tract in Vivian Hope Wingo, contending that the chancellor erred in his application of the law to the facts disclosed in the record. We agree.
