Paul C. Soper and David N. Daoud filed the instant lawsuit against various defendants charging them with conspiracy to defraud and violations of the federal racketeering laws, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. (1976 & Supp. III 1979). Jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. § 1331, 1332(a) and (c), and 18 U.S.C. § 1964. On September 12, 1983 this court granted defendants' motion to consolidate...
