Collectors' Guild, Ltd. ("Collectors") initiated this action against Numismatic Collectors Guild, Inc. ("Numismatic") for trademark infringement on November 9, 1981. Jurisdiction is based upon 15 U.S.C. §§ 1115-1118, 1121 and 1125(a) and upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1332, 1338 and 1391(c). Evidence was presented in a two day bench trial on September 20 and 21 and on November 1 the parties made their final submissions...
