This is a civil action brought by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), in its corporate capacity, to recover a debt evidenced by a Bond and Warrant delivered to Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware ("Farmers") by defendants Blue Rock Shopping Center Inc.
