Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

COHEN, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $4,866 in income taxes due from petitioners and an addition to tax pursuant to section 6653(a)1 in the amount of $243.30 for the tax year ended December 31, 1978. The only remaining issues in this case are deductions claimed by petitioners in excess of amounts now conceded by respondent.
