Plaintiff, Samuel Korn, brought this suit against the defendants Levine Bros. Iron Works Corporation ("Levine Bros."), Vito A. Manzoli, Michael Levine, Louis Siegel and Archie Levine, individually, and as Trustees of the Levine Bros. Iron Works Corp.
