Gulf Homes brought suit against Andres Gonzales and Teresa Gastelum for failure to make payments required under a lease with purchase option for a mobile home. Defendants counterclaimed alleging, inter alia, violations of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Arizona Retail Installment Sales Transactions Act and the federal Truth-in-Lending Act.
