Husband appeals the trial court's invalidation of the antenuptial agreement entered into by him and his wife.1 We find the agreement to be valid and reverse the trial court. Our review in dissolution cases is de novo; however, we give deference to the trial judge's opportunity to observe the witnesses first hand.
