We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' unpublished opinion, In re the Marriage of Manzo, No. 80CA0216, November 28, 1980, affirming a decision by the Denver district court in a dissolution of marriage action to set aside a separation agreement for division of marital property. The district court determined that the agreement, measured by a fair, just and reasonable standard, resulted in a property division which was unconscionable...
