The pro se complaint in this case was filed by plaintiff Larry Young on March 3, 1983. Young alleges a cause of action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq., arising out of the defendants' refusal to hire him because of his race.
