On September 29, 1982 this Court entered judgments on the original jury verdicts in favor of the individual plaintiffs and against United Air Lines, Inc. ("United"). On October 26 this Court (1) amended those judgments by entering judgments for double damages, based on the jury's special interrogatory answer finding United's violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") to have been willful, and (2) deferred...
