This appeal involves two issues in a prosecution on two counts of second-degree kidnapping and two counts of assault while participating in a felony. Defendant Richard Ray Goff was previously convicted on the same charges but we reversed on appeal on an evidentiary issue. State v. Goff, 315 N.W.2d 768 (Iowa 1982).
