Plaintiff Stanley C. Rodgers is a real estate broker who brought this action to recover a real estate commission of $87,500 from defendants Harold C. Baughman, Gladys M. Baughman, Levelcrest Farms, Inc., and William C. Sherman. At the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence in a bench trial, the trial court sustained defendants' motion for directed verdict, which we treat as a motion to dismiss.
