This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court, affirming an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County refusing to take off a compulsory nonsuit.1 Both lower courts held that plaintiff, appellant herein, failed to establish a prima facie case of negligence against the defendants.
