CAPORALE, Justice.

Following trial by jury, the defendant, Jerry L. Evans, was adjudged guilty of burglary and sentenced to the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex for a period of not less than 18 nor more than 30 months. He was given credit for the 3 months and 16 days he spent in jail awaiting disposition of the case. We affirm.
