The present case stems from the refusal of defendant, Aetna Life Insurance Company, to reimburse the plaintiff for bills incurred in the treatment of plaintiff's wife's cancer. Jurisdiction is predicated upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The case is presently before this court on defendant's motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated hereinafter defendant's motion is DENIED in part, GRANTED...
