This is a pro se action under Title IV of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1301-1461 (Supp.1982), to compel the defendant, The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) to pay pension benefits to the plaintiff.
